Sleep problems while taking tablets

Since being put on perdisalone this time I've had a lot of trouble sleeping can this be the cause I'm exhausted taking last ones today but still don't feel right x

When I am on those my sleep pattern goes put of the door,must be a side effect. Hope you get some sleep soon.😊 xxx

I'm on yet another round of Prednisolone right now - got a few more days to go, And absolutely yes, they stop you sleeping and make you feel awful. I've spent most of the past 2 sleepless nights on the 'Find My Past' website, and most of the past two days trying to stay awake. I take comfort from now knowing that I've already outlived most of my ancestors! But think of it this way, once you finish them you'll start to feel good again - and be able to sleep!

Side affect of steriods is u cant sleep at night. It happens to lots of people when on this drug.
