Too much too soon?

Hi everyone,

I have a feeling this may be a very silly idea, but I am supposed to be going to an Argentine Tango class tonight. My chest still feels sore and a little tight after an attack last Tuesday. I really want to go, but I'm not sure if trying it out will be pushing my lungs too far too soon!

Hi Stravinsky,

Sounds to me you have already answered your own question. Be guided by the warning you are experiencing. I know it's disappointing but they'll be another class you can attend when you're fully fit. It's just not worth the risk.
