Hi everyone hope all well got my potassium results and there fine just got more water tablets but the swelling starting to go down slowly at last went to town today about 10 min walk fro me my son came with me it wore me out stopped a few times went to boots to get tablets and was coughing where I had been walking the pharmacist got me a drop water and made sure I was Ok to walk back done it slowly with my son on on arm and my stick in the other bottom and f my back was killing by the time I git home and puffing well but I'm glad I done it proved to my self I could do it even if I did need help hope u all had good day take care
