Got many of your symptoms myself. Steroids have kept you and I going for many years, but the side effects like ostioporosis, type 2 diabetes, hips and knee problems, skin thinning, causing very easy brushing and breaking skin, bleeding. Done many things, I could not have done, without steroids.

Look on the positive side of life, as Monty Python song in Meaning of Life film, ALWAYS LOOK ON THE BRIGHT SIDE OF LIFE. My philosophy, make it yours.

Managed to keep my independence. Got cleaner comes in once a week, shopping delivered. Sold House, bought bungalow, far better. Had lot of work done, all wooden floor, no carpets, dust.serious allergy, steps from new patio door to large patio. Raised garden, made out of old railway sleepers.

Bought mobility scooter, large, long range one, 30 miles, as not permitted to drive, on medical grounds.

All these give me quality of life, would not , otherwise have.
