Salt Caves

I have seen an advert for Salt caves, they are claiming to help Asthmatics and allergies. Anyone tried this treatment?

I tried salt pipes when I was younger but didnt help very much back then but I am going to give it another go. Sorry not very helpful but I heard that they helped people and havent seen any negative feedbacks on sites.
