Drinking on pred?

Hello all, hope you're all enjoying the weather (it's killing me )

Was recently admitted to hospital following a severe asthma attack and I've currently been on and off prednisolone for the past few months

Tonight I'm going to a friend's 18th and there is a certainty of alcohol- I'm still taking 20mg of pred daily; will I be able to drink?

I don't drink when i am on pred but only because I get really bad reflux but i've never been told by a doctor that I can't drink when I'm on it but it might be worth asking one of the asthma nurses they are really helpful.

I have been on pred for years and drink .... there is no contraindication.
