Peak-Flow Diary Site

Has anyone used this site before? I've been using it whilst I record 4wks worth of PF - due to detriation of my symptons. Just not sure if it's just me not figuring it out, or if it's just confusing.

best thing to record you peak flow is a diary on paper go on asthma.org.uk/Shop/be-in-co... you can get them send to you 100 % free no cost at all they are much better to use and in am emergency the paramedics can grab that look at how you asthma has bean over the last 2 3 weeks also get one of asthma.org.uk/Shop/be-in-co... to keep with is so if it happens you cant talk in a attack they have you name address date of birth all meds your on also gp info ect this helps them a lot when delivering emergency asthma care !

Hi Mat.

TBF I was just being curious, I have got a PF diary that I was given to me by the Nurse, though I do actually have the Asthma Pack (which I found afterwards). Though I do like having a back-up plan
