Urrgh, the thought of running out of reliever during an attack is scary. I always have 2 reliever inhalers, one I'm using and a spare. I start carrying the spare when my current one is less than 50 puffs, just in case I need a bucket load.

Deffo takes a while to recover sometimes, feeling sore and twitchy lungs is my ususal after an attack. I hope you feel better soon.

It's such a pain when they don't see coughing as an asthma symptom, especially when it's can be the main symptom.

One of the GP's at my surgery recently tried to dismiss my coughing as viral. When she saw that my peak flow was almost 50% she did change her mind.

I hope A&E are better for you in future.
