legs and walking

i was just wonderin if anyone got sore/painful legs?

i am usually fairly active, and walk eveyday! but lately my legs have been getting very sore after not much walking, i am wondering if this has anything to do with my asthma being worse in the last week or so?

its not cramp, its weird and painful at times, also ben gettin crap in my foot very often again is that to do with meds or asthma or summin completely different?

My asthma is pretty well controlled, but some days when out walking, I don't know which will give up first, my legs or my lungs! I do have arthritis also, so that might account for the leg and feet problem.

I get bad pain in my feet and legs when exercising and my asthma is bad. I can't say why that is, but I can tell that there is a link. It's kind of a burning pain, like all the blood was gone from them. hmmm...

Crampy feet is likely due to meds though. Make sure you drink lots of water.
