Hi Peakpete,

I'm doing the Asthma UK 10K run in Windsor this weekend.

I'm a bit nervous because of what the weather might be like. Any sort of wind or cold air will just keep me at a breathless walking pace! But walking, jogging or running near water should help re the right sort of humidity.

Anyway will look out for you.

the weather forcast is dry and not too cold so it should be ok.

Im being a marshall and will be at or around the 4th marshall point, probably around the 3-4K mark.

10K Run Photos

HI all,

had a great day on the Asthma UK 10K Run. a total of 890 runners took part today and even the weather was fairly kind to us all.

I managed to take a number of photos of the runners, and have put them up on my online photo gallery, all the money raised from the sale of the photos will goto Asthma UK. so if you took part and especially if you were wearing a Asthma UK green t-shirt I may have a photo of you.

sadly i had no transport or my partner and i would have taken part in this event, but peakpete, your photos have turned out great

NOt this year sadly i have my uni finals soon but i'm hoping to take part either next year or in 2008 as part of my little mission........2/3 10K's and possibly the marathon in the year before i get married!!
