BLUE LIPS
Hello sorry to read that you have been unwell recently.
I get blue/grey lips when I have severe asthma attacks. Blue lips indicate that the amount of oxygen in your blood is low, when you have an asthma attack, due to not being able to breathe properly the amount of oxygen can drop and depending on how low the level is will result in the blue lips as well as other symptoms of hypoxia (low oxygen levels). If you notice your lips and/or your fingertips turning blue and you are having an asthma attack it is important to seek emergency treatment so that oxygen can be administered to return your oxygen levels to normal, this is important as severe hypoxia is dangerous. As you say your lips are still blue, I think perhaps you should speak to your GP about this as I'm unsure about this. Hopefully someone who knows more about this will come along and post here.
hope that helps a little and that you are feeling better now.

I've had blue toenails. For some reason just my toenails get blue, but it's usually when I'm having trouble breathing.
Anything blue indicates hypoxia and that needs checking right away.
