hiya

i have had a cold for about a week and now my chest sounds awfull and my meds hardly work and all this yucky green stuff comes up maybe i should call the doctor or should i just see how it goes?

Whenever I have those symptoms it means I've got a chest infection which always means a visit to gp and as a minimum a course of antibiotics (for me usually steroids as well).

Please go and see your GP tomorrow it does sound as though you might have a chest infection, best get yourself checked out.
