4 hours, 50 minutes and 58 seconds! A personal best by nearly 22 minutes.

She's currently soaking in the bath at our hotel in Greenwich - a well-deserved rest!

Well done and many congratulations. Hope you get well and truly spoilt now.

Congratulations Cath Bear, I hope you're still in one piece! Massive well done.

On behalf of all asthmatics well done Cathbear.

Even better a PB for the London marathon.

Hope your legs feel less stiff. ( Think it might take three or four days) If not just get into a bath of ice…cubes or very cold water. The best way of recovering from long distance running effects on all muscles in legs.

Well done cathbear that is amazing. Hope the legs are better today

well done, don't sit in the cold bath, but get walking and drink plenty,, Oh and Steve sure a good massage would help as well :)

Thanks everyone! I really enjoyed the marathon this year, it wasn't as hot as last year, and once again the atmosphere was amazing. I was really pleased to get a PB as well.

Onwards and upwards, as they say...I've already entered the ballot for next year :)
