Weight?

Can someone help me?

I would like to know if anyone has had anything of thier dr for weight loss due to asthma? i have been asthmatic since birth and was always thin but i hit 15 and started filling out. im not really fat just a bit tubby.

It is quite normal for girls of your age to observe changes in their body shape. Unfortunately during pubery not only your breasts get bigger but you also start depositing fat around hips, tights etc.

If you are not ""really fat"" I presume that your BMI is within norm or maybe just slightly overweight. In that case the only thing that you can get from your doctor to help with loosing weight/meintaining the correct one is advice on proper nutrition and exercise. It is very unlikely that any doctor would prescribe any sort of medication to help you with weight loss if that is what you are asking for.

Earn them there calories

Apparently, according to BMI charts, Arnold Schwarzeneger is obese.

I say, throw away those BMI charts and ask yourself if you are happy with your weight. If you are, then great. If not, then eat less saturated fats & excercise more ( unless you're too thin then lay on the couch & stuff crisps & cola ). I'm sick of the nanny state telling us how we should be. It's our bodies, our life & our decision.

BTW, I've always found keeping the weight off improves my general level of fitness & wellbeing & the way I keep the weight off is to stay active & work HARD. Earn those calories lady !
