Exercise might aid asthma control: study
you know there might be some truth in that, for years I have let excercise go by the wayside because it just set my asthma off but then we got Wii fit, I started just by doing a 2 min jog a day and then built it up, now some 3 months later after taking it very gently I am up to 20 mins per day, it hardly sets off my asthma and feel so much better for it.
The advances in technology make it easier as I would never go out and jog but to be able to do it from the comfort of your own house and stop/start whever you want and control the pace as some times I am hardly moving but keep going makes it so much easier to get some excersise back into my life!

I always aim to get exercise in my life - ok for me i have other issues affecting my mobility but i try to walk distances even if it stop start and it take me 45mins to do 150yard (this is distance to my local shop) I have now learnt how to get to the shop and where there is a wall i can keep stopping to sit on. I do think asthmatics should be encouraged to exercise even if it is only 1-5 minutes on a stationary bike.
It does help i think
