Yes!
I saw practice nurse last night and was told the same no wheeze present but def reduced air entry. as a result steroids incresased again and to go in if needed. lol not if i can help it at the moment but i do know when to call it quits.
I got this in A&E on Saturday - told I had a silent chest on one side and very quiet on other and taken straight into resus - didn't even have to argue any 'not wheezing' comment - maybe lessons are finally being learnt?
It seems the time has arrived! Ive had the best treatment in last 24 hours since the change over of docs! X
woohoo! Maybe this attitude will spread!
I did once have a very good OOH doc tell me my air entry was good and things were ok - I trusted him because he said air entry and was thorough as opposed to 10 secs in one place then 'no wheeze, you're fine'.
Yep, my GP asthma specialist said to me my 'air entry' was not to bad when I visited him last, I nearly fell over, I was waiting for the 'there's no wheeze' - of course my symptoms had settled down when i saw him (typical)
