Does anyone know what a 7 yr old's peckflow should be? The nurse has told me that if my sons peckflow drops me may have asthma. But she didnt tell me what it should be and what would be low. We go back in two weeks to see her.
Any help appriciated.

There are peak flow nomograms which tell you roughly what kind of figures to expect, based on (for children) height alone.
If you go to peakflow.com you can dowload a chart which tells you roughly ""normal"" values for varying heights in children. Bear in mind, however, that all childen will have their own ""normal"" values and these figures should only be used as a guide.

Cathy, thanks very much for your help. I will go and try the website and see what I can find out.
