Any tips to help shift the gunk from back of throat as wont cough up?

Realy putting me of eating.

Maybe thats the best thing to eat to move it through body.

neilMed Sinus rince it says for Colds,Sinus Problems,Cattargh etc..

I 1st of it wen visiting Relatives in NZ.....u put saccet in provided bottle..mix with warm water{up2 Line}then lean over a sink and squirt up both nostrils till bottle is empty..

I sware buy it then go 2 Dr and get on Prescription......you will notice the difference straight away...just dont lean backwards for an hour afterwards......Not nice...

sebressa, the Neilmed sinus rinse system is great and I noticed a difference with it, but I tend to use ordinary sea salt in mine. Never knew it was available on prescription, but that makes the startup costs cheaper.
