Hayfever and asthma

Hi,

Is it just me or do other peoples asthma seem to worsen with hayfever? are the two related in some way, i ve had asthma for roughly a year now and have really noticed a difference since the ""summer"" has started !

Any thoughts would be muchly appreciated

hayfever can indeed affect asthma and if you haven't done so already, it would be a very good idea to discuss any impact you are experiencing with your GP or asthma nurse. ARIA is an international collaborative effort by leading specialists in respiratory medicine and allergy/immunology. Bear in mind that these guidelines are written principally for clinicians treating asthma.
