Peak flow
Hi,
I suspect it should be higher than that if you're 5'7"" (though it will go up as you get older). However, this is just predicted and some people do just have higher or lower PFs naturally.

not sure what usually should be, just know i was getting 150 on a bad day and 270 on a good day, and since having inhalers and montelukast im now up to 350 and feel about 80% well, why not ask your gp or asthma nurse x
Hi Tweak-93
I'm the same height as you but 11 years older, my estimated peak flow from my GP is 500, if I get down to under 400 that's a concern for me personally.
It may be worth booking an appointment with your asthma nurse at your GP practice or if you're due to see your GP then have a word on him/her while you're there.
Hope you get on ok.
