Hello again
I had a review with my asthma nurse a couple of weeks ago and she mentioned I was on 'step 4' for treatment..what does this mean, to be on step 4? What are the steps full stop?! I've never heard of them...

The ""steps"" refer to the British Thoracic Society's Guidelines for the management of asthma in adults. You can access them at brit-thoracic.org.uk for a full explanation.
