overtaken....

Had to laugh at myself today!!!!

I was in town and due to stroppy lungs was walking quite slowly. Hadn't realised hiw slowly until a lovely old lady with a walking stick overtook me!!!!

you just reminded me of when my car was playing silly games and kept cutting out - i finally went back to the garage and demanded help when i realised i was scared to overtake a learner doing about 25mph on a 40 road for fear of my car having a strop

oh no I've had those moments - in my slow, no-meds phase I remember trying to overtake old ladies with sticks out of habit then realising I was just blocking the pavement as I couldn't move quickly enough to pass them!

It's always depressing though, if darkly amusing. You have to hope we get a second wind and when we're 80 will be super-grannies charging around lol.
