Work and the boss.....

My friends told me last week. A manager has been openly discussing me and my sicktime to everyone. I'm now the bench mark as to wot can happen if ur off sick.... This got me so mad but no one is willing to support my complaint against the manager . They would have been better not saying .... I discussed it with my union who will still be able to address the issue.

I think with your Union's backing (have a union rep with you) you should arrange a meeting with this manager. Pretty damn sure if you behaved the same way towards him it would be a disciplinary meeting. Let us know the outcome.
