Rusty is the proud owner of one very large elephant called Ellie

I have 2 babies called Mellie and Nellie both of whom appear to be dancing around the bottom of one lung each. Still quite happy to get rid of them even for an hour!

Just what am I going to do now? I looked in the mirror this morning and guess what, I am turning into an ELEPHANT! Does this mean I WILL BE PUT UP FOR ADOPTION

I do hope so cos I want someone to keep awake at night when I cannot sleep, I want someone to help me get this elephants gunk up by rubbing my back, I want someone to dole out my pills everyday, I want someone to do my house work and cook my meals? So here I am a fully grown elleee any takers?

And my mum thought i was going mad im a and e when i said i had a big fat ellie sat on me chest!! now its our warning sign when im bad and she asks if the ellies to heavy much to the docs amusement, if i say yes or nod as i cant usually talk she then proceeds to tell em its time i needed some ventilation support!! Its took years of misshaps to get there but they do listen now ( after a trachy, 8 ventilations, bipap and god knows how much hdu!!!). Hoped my ellie would prefer it at chester zoo but it seems not!! Had bricanyl sub cut reduced yesterday and nellie the ellie is coming back with avengence!!

Ellie Stew Recipe

Elephant Stew

Don't get me wrong, I love animals and this recipe was given to me By my dad last night in one of those 'blue' moments (it didn't really help!!!!), so have a smile with me. This dish takes about 2 to 3 months to prepare.

Note: Under no circumstances do we kill elephants for food in South Africa. All elephants exist protected in their natural habitat in our game parks. Please use Free range Chest Ellies ONLY!!!!

Ingredients

1 Elephant

10 Warthog

100 kilogram tomatoes

half ton potatoes

2 bags onions

100 kilogram salt

1 wheelbarrow onions (heaped)

10 liter vinegar

20 liter chutney

4 Guineafowl

Method

Hunt the elephant, warthog and guineafowl. Hang guineafowl to ripen. Cut elephant into edible chunks, (will take about a month). Boil the warthog with other ingredients (except guineafowl) till nice and juicy. Now boil elephant chunks over high flames till tender. (will take about 4 weeks) and add everything together. Boil for another 5 to 7 days. Add Guineafowl now

Produces about 3,500 helpings.

Note: If the above isn't enough, add the Pondlife as well.

Do you think i could use it as a sticky replacement for the sticky toffee pudding sauce i have got through making and now MUST eat it before anyone wants any? Do you think they will notice?

I thought baking would help with the pred munchies but to no avail - just eating things too hot too fast.

Ingredients

Large helping of Chrissies Ellie Stew, Strained

Very large pack of Puff Pastry.

1 - line a few empty oil drums (cut in half) with pastry - grease well before!

2 - add chunks of stew

3 - pop lid of pastry on top.

4 - Pop in large furnace ( A Sheffield steel one may be big enough) on a low heat.

5 - cook until crispy & puffy on top

6 - serve with whole boiled cabbages.
