Help!!

My little boy who is 2 won't let me anywhere near him with his puffer today. he is coughing and is just plain miserable. Any ideas in what i can do?????? I have used it to show him its a game his teddies have had ago, but he is still refusing it.

Do you use a spacer, with his inhaler? If so get him to decorate it with stickers of his choice, make it loads of fun. Reward him with a treat when he uses his meds. My sister in law had the same problem with her daughter, luckily we had an unusual way to sort her difficulties. My late dog Max used an inhaler with a spacer, child loved Max and so she began using her inhaler with spacer too.
