Hi, apparently I have had 3 ulcers in my cervix that disappeared after 5 days. Herpes, Syphilis and HPV are negative. What could it be?Help!

The doctor said they were small, and disappeared after 4 or 5 days. They did a swab and Herpes, Syphilis and HPV are negative. What could it be?
