Hip replacement

Having had both hips replaced last year and one of them dislocating 3 times in 6 weeks and then replaced again, I feel so nervous about going out on my own. Also need a new knee, but am worried about that going wrong as well. Has anyone any experience of replacement dislocations. How successful is the 2nd one.
