Hi there can anyone recommend what would be a good vitamin supplement to take for arthritic pain in sacro illiac area

The supplements I use for pain there and in my feet are glucosamine with condroitin, and turmeric.These do nothing for my husbands arthritis pain, he has magnesium. We both take omega 3 oil too. We’ve both tried rose hip supplement, no good.

Try high strength turmeric 1,000 mg with black pepper and Ceylon organic cinnamon they are natural anti inflammatorys
