How do I find my profile?

If you look to the right of the search box there's a circle into which you may have uploaded a photo. If you click on the circle it should give you a drop down menu which has Profile as the top option. You can then write your profile including what you want to say about yourself and your medical conditions. You're welcome to see what I've written in mine ...
