Hi everyone. I just wanted to share with you something that my physio therapist, my occupational therapist, my Orthopedics surgeon and neuroligest feels that this link I'm about to share with you is definitely the best way to get control of these conditions that I have, FMS/fibro myalgia 20 years. M. E/ Myalgia Encephalitis 18 years. Osteoarthritis 5 years, Neurological functional disorder 5 months. CPTSD 35 Years. So this video I'm sharing with you is highly recommended by my medical professionals and especially by myself the last year. I hope it is to you also

Hi there Uzula πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ˜Š

Thanks for your reply and recommendation to everyone here πŸ˜Šβ˜ΊοΈπŸ€— it is brilliant, I first came across it watching an interview on TV with dick van dyke last year an was blown away that he at 92 an others older then he were using it an how much easier it was then the brilliant art of Tia Chi as its much more slower an managable to do then Tia Chi. There is a few more on YouTube that are free so that too is a big help.

I hope your enjoying your instructor friends classes. It's great for helping the fight to stay out of a wheelchair. πŸ€—πŸ‘πŸ™Sending you soft healing hugs with comfort and light dear friend. Be well and keep strong πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ™πŸ˜‡

Hi there πŸ˜ŠπŸ€—your very welcome. It's actually quite fun, relaxing and very suitable for people like ourselves restricted from mobility. I use it myself it's what's helping me putting off having to use a wheelchair. Just when your searching YouTube for it type in free videos of Qigong so you don't be brought to the purchase videos. The site seems to upload a free one every few months to introduce what they teach for a short while, but once you add it to your favourites you can use it anytime. I do these exercises twice a week on bad flair times an 4 times a week on good weeks. They even have chair ones for those who can't use their legs.

I hope you enjoy yourself doing them an that it helps you. πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€— Sending soft healing vibes through hugs Comfort and light πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ™πŸ˜‡
