I am 77 and have had replacement hip and knee due to arthritis.Following an xray recently... which I expected would confirm I would need a replacement for my other hip...I was told I had Spondylosis of the spine. No information or help was offered by my doctor. I have noticed I feel tired all the time now and as well as back ache my bladder seems to have mind of its own😊 prior to this I was quite healthy and active with two dogs who require daily walks. I had no obvious problems. So is there anyone out there who has the same problems from Spondylosis and can advise ....any practical help would be welcomed. Patb.
