I started the Paddison diet just after Easter and the benefits have been very substantial and I would recommend anyone to give it a go. It's hard work and a rocky road but progress has continued and continues. To do it you need to be very committed, no half measures. The important thing about the PP is that it is more than just a change in diet, it is a process and both are very finely tuned to eradicating RA from your body.

Before Easter I was housebound whereas a week ago I walked over 10 miles and am now looking to the day I stop my last medication, MTX.

Hello, We do not advocate the use of any particular programme as we are a self-management charity - if you are considering following something, we always recommend you first speak to your GP to ensure your safety.

Many thanks,
