Svt to a 2 years old

Hi. We are living in England. My son is 2 years and his diagnosed whit SVT. Right now he is on medication whit Propranolol and Amiodarone and in the last 3 days he had one episode each day and I headed to end his episodes by sunk his head in cold water whit ice( as I was taught from the beginning in hospital). Tell me how you, parents cope whit that and how you managed to let them at nursery.

I feel like I'm dying every day 😪
