How to heal heartfailure

56 yr old male with acute systolic heart failure... Bp 72 over 52 told left part of heart at 22% week later at 16% now a week later at 12% feel horrible this came on quick and strong. I have nothing as far as insurance but have got some help with meds. Not asking for anything but whats the best thing a poor individual can do to try to heal or am i too far gone

Hello, ok so you have a problem. Your in the best hands, your EF which is what I think you mean by percentages can be raised by medication and diet change, but it will be a long road, my EF was 30 and in heart failure now it’s mild, if any heart failure at all and my EF is almost normal in 12 months. So stick to it, take the meds exactly when told to and keep going.

I would do a fruit and vegetable fast for as long as you can handle it ! Drink a lot of water 💛
