Bisoprolol withdrawal

Hello

I’ve anxiety induced tachycardia.

Doctor prescribed bisoprolol 1.25mg.

I tried it on Thursday didn’t sleep well at all. So I stopped it.

Then on Sunday I had the craziest tachycardia + low blood sugar. Although I’m not diabetic.

Had to take another 1.25mg.

However, I’m thinking of not taking it the next day then take a lower does then 1 or 2 days after that I’ll take a much lower does.

Does this seems a google idea?

I’ve never taken medications, can’t contact my cardiologist till the end of the month! And I don’t want to be on it much longer

.......

any response is appreciated:)

I’m not from the US actually so I don’t have a Gp. If I have a problem I need to take an appointment to the cardiologist but only available at the end of the month either that or ER. A doctor said I should go back to propranolol. But I don’t like the switching on and off as I was on that just a little while before. I want to wean of it since they only make me worse including my hr
