Advice on heart pain

Around 2 months ago I was with some friends and got sharp heart pains with shooting pains down my left side, I became very hot and felt very unwell to the point where I was crying in pain, as this continued to the morning I went to A&E and had some scans, they were unsure and said to come back if it happened again. This continued to happen to different degrees or seriousness most days and I went back to hospital multiple times. I have just had an echo and had a heart monitor fitted however Im worried they will struggle to find out what this is. I’ve started to get weird pains in my neck when it happens and get pains in parts of my face. I get pulsating in my head and feel an unconscious bad feeling across my body. I have tried to drink alcohol a few times since and this has bought on a bad episode most times. I’m only 20 years old and have no other health problems, does anyone have any similar stories or have any ideas as to what this might be?

This may be a long shot, but it might be worth a look. So all of our organs and muscles etc are kept in place by this thing called fascia. When we experience traumas whether physical or emotional many times the fascia in a move to protect us tightens up to support us and sometimes gets stuck. This tightening can at times exceed 2,000 lb per square inch and cause tremendous pain and other problem for us. It can also manifest as weird unexplainable symptoms. All that said, here is a link to a website of the licensed physical therapist who came up with a solution (Myofascial Release) to this problem. He has been in practice since the 1960s. On the website is a practitioner finder. There are therapists all over the world. myofascialrelease.com/about/ Best wishes to you.
