ECG note that I don't understand

I'm.having investigations for high blood pressure (no family history, generally healthy human, blood all normal). I used to have SVT caused by an accessory pathway that was ablated 4 years ago.

Had another ECG today, and the note says ischemic ST-T changes in posterior lead...

What does this mean? (Also, sinus rhythm normal, but a short PR interval)
