I am new to this forum. I had a double coronary bypass two years ago but I am still having missed beats. Should I increase my betablocker?

I was diagnosed with supra ventricular tachycardia at the Rapid Access Clinic several years ago and I was put on a beta blocker and discharged. After eighteen months on this medication and still getting some atrial fibrillation I insisted on a referral to a cardiologist where after several cardiac tests including an angiogram it was discovered I had two blocked arteries and as they were very close together stents were not suitable. I was therefore referred for surgery. If had not insisted on a cardiac referral I would have had a heart attack and may not have survived. Please insist on a cardiac referral if you feel things are not right.
