Hi pumpkins
I’m not sure what your question is?
I think whether to breastfeed is a very personal one. I have heard many who say the struggling with breastfeeding was one of their possible triggers with becoming ill and it certainly played a part in mine. But also others who say it was really helpful for them in their recovery.
What I know is recommended if you are at risk of pp is to get someone else to do night feeds for the first month so your sleep isn’t disrupted.
I hope this is helpful
