Did anyone experience a sensation on you scalp when ill

I didn't on my scalp but did on my feet and hands. A sort of weird tingling a bit like pins and needles particularly when I was most scared.

I found 'grounding techniques' worked when i felt funny sensations. Ie concentrating what i could see and hear and when better, other things i could feel in the room. If i wasnt sure id see a dr or pharmacist to check it wasnt something else. Could b anything, nits/dandruff, not always psychosis related.
