INR has been between 2-2.5 for 10 months but today on testing at GP clinic was 3.2.Have been feeling tired lately, any suggestions or help.

KIPGIB. Quite honestly a result of 3.2 is not so far from your recent actual range to be of real concern so I wouldn't worry about it. Lots of patients have a target range of INR of 3.0 to 4.0. It is very unusual for Warfarin to cause a feeling of tiredness but quite a lot of other causes of tiredness could affect your INR. If it persists I would go and mention it to your GP and get his opinion..

Many thanks-will mention to GP about tiredness.
KIPGIB,
I have found that even carrying a virus of some sort can have an effect on INR levels <and of course how you feel>. But as Pbirt says, you are not a long way from your norm, though you don't mention your target INR range. If the tiredness and high INR persists and you are worried, err on the safe side and get a view from your GP.
Cheers
