Hmm. I think there is something going on somewhere in the overall management systems. My local practice owner has been changed over 10 times in the last 3 years and the original desk staff are very concerned how badly they are treated whilst the management hides in offices it keeps the curtains closed on!

Osler House has the lowest level of support by patients on the Harlow web page - me included.

They have made deliberate removal of one set of tablets renewal from me and I can no longer take the level needed by my local hospital for anticoagulants.

Perhaps they would prefer I died!
