So my hair hasn't completely grown back. Does anyone know what will help hair growth??? And how to keep a lot of it from falling out???
I took biotine (a type of vitamine) and spent every sunday with a mix of ricin oil and macadamia oil on my hair before a shampoo. But i also ate a lot at the time
Ya Im eating a lot too but there is just patches where it looks like theres only a little bit of hair coming out. But when i start to exercise and eat better a little bit at a time my hair starts to fall out again
I dont know if it can help you but that's true from my side i eat a lot of protein like meat and eggs and lots of spinach and really even before i had anorexia i never had as much hair than today...

Also kelp preferably organic sea kelp of which you should have a pinch of every day for thyroid health
