I’m sorry you’re struggling and Anas voice is so strong at the moment, it’s hard to ignore her when she has such a strong presence and never seems to go away, but she can be beaten, shut up and tossed aside so you can start listening to your own voice again.

Find the strength you have deep down, to seek help, whether it be with a professional, a parent or a close friend, let them help you replace Anas voice with your own and with theirs whilst you recover.

It’s not an easy thing to do, but once you start eating properly, ana starts to naturally dissapear and you start to feel normal

That’s all you can do, don’t beat yourself up if you slip up recovery is about just doing the best you can & celebrating all the achievements, no matter how small they might seem. x
