I have had kyphosis my whole life. I am looking for ideas of how to fix it.

I and my wife are noticing my short term memory loss the last couple of years. Again, I am looking for help to stop or reverse the memory loss.

Ok, thanks for the extra information. For memory loss, take a look at the "Pinned Posts" to the right, you will see a guide to age related memory changes that might be helpful.

Also, physical exercise is important for brain health -- no need to run a 10K here, a 20 minute walk in the morning and evening is good. Diet is also important. See this list, based in the MIND diet: mybraintest.org/healthy-bra...
