Hello Melonie,

I have experienced dizzy spells where I have nearly had a blackout. I would suggest you consider talking about these symptoms with your GP, as you might be experiencing symptoms of something unrelated to Fibro.

However in my experience I seem to be experiencing Dysautonomia, as I have the same symptoms as Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (PoTS), please see the information below;

stars.org.uk/patient-info/c...

However, dysautonomia is quite common in Fibro, if this is your diagnosis or do you have M.E?

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dysau...

Of course, it may not be this at all so I would think about speaking to your GP to rule out any other things it may be.

I hope this helps :)

Emma :)

I am having them my Dr. Is running all kind of test. Went to neurologist he is checking for narceplise (I spell that wrong) due to I have sleep apnea. I am now not allow to drive and have not been back to work going on a month. I live in the U.S.A. really need to know myself I will post if they find anything

Yes I have too.. I believe its when my neck muscles are tight (the 2 at the back that go in a "V" shape up into your skull) I think its like a head cramp and you can,t really rub that better and so I do become extremely dizzy, feel very sick, like vertigo, I sat down and waited for it to pass, I know I lost consciousness for a short while as my cat was licking my face, he never does that!
