Vitamin deficiency seems to be common in both Fibromyalgia & ME, so have you been found to be deficient in any of the following?

I've only had Vit D tested and that was ok. But I have been feeling better since taking extra Vit D, B12 and 100 mg of Coenzyme Q10 daily.

Thanks for the reply - I have been considering trying Q10 as recently been diagnosed with ME on top of Fibro.

Only had vit D tested and that was years ago. And got immediately put on calcium+vitD tablets, which I'm still taking. I have recently (in today's 'gp contextual terms', i.e. 7 months ago) changed gp to hopefully get more availability, and am still hoping to get my second appt soon and to get her to have proper retesting done then to have an update on my current vitamin deficiency (or sufficiency!), with hopefully proper measures taken too.

We always have to keep hoping, don't we. And try make the most of each day!

A :))

Are these vitamins burnt up easily in stressful situations?? I know several who have/had fibro who came from stressful family's.. Including me!!!

Stress is thought to be a major factor in Fibromyalgia so could relate although most people seem to have digestive issues too...so could be a combination of causes maybe.......
