Premature ventricular contractions

Very common. Ectopics are a normal function of a healthy heart and considered benign but sadly we AFers tend to notice them -- a lot!
yes very common, maybe try breathing mindfully 3 times a day for 5-10 minutes to bring calm. If you can try only inhaling through your nose. As a trial for a month cut down on sugary things, don't overeat, make sure you don't go to bed until 3 hours after your dinner and stay well hydrated. Doing this has reduced my ectopics.
Hi Bobify. I get them and they are horrible. Feels like someone has punched me from the inside and it feels like a big jolt. I had a run of them a few months ago, but they just stopped for no apparent reason. To me, they are worse than AF.
Try not to focus on them too much, if you can, as it just hypes you up even more. Take care.
Chris.
