hi everyone. If I start taking Bisoprolol tonight will it just do the job that the Verapamil does. My heart rate at the moment varies from 60 to 100. My blood pressure is fine. My heart rate goes up in the night just at weird times. This shows on my smart watch. Mind you at one stage it says I am running and I am fast asleep. Will the Bisoprolol make my heart rate go even lower or is it just taking over what the verapamil has been doing? Thanks

Whilst working in different ways, both drugs aim to reduce heart rate. By how much depends on doseage and of course they are not equitable.
Hi
As I conveyed on your earlier post, as you are going opposite CCb to BB.
BBs did not control my H/Rate. I see Ver..... worked in H.Rate.
I would say that your H.Rate will be higher with less effect and your BP could be about the same.
The answer is NO. A BB and a CCB do not work the same. How much Biso..?
