Just wondering jf anyone has this experience with exercise after having had x 2 ablations. Successful second one, which was more major, though since then (Feb 2022), I have not been able to get back to building stronger exercise.
I had a cardio stress test and this is what showed up. Not discussed it with my EP or arrythmia nurses yet.
Be good to hear experiences

I've had two ablations (second one dealt with AF as well as AFL) and in summer when I tried to build up my cardio fitness by walking hills at our lake, I definitely noticed ectopics and flutter while I walked and afterwards. And when I would come home it took at least an hour for my heart to slow down. Even after three months it didn't improve. I wanted to impress my EP but after a fall, I've been taking it easier and my HR is more steady. I'm curious as well as to what this is about.
Thanks v much Marc, n sorry to hear you can't push any more on exercise. I don't notice the extra beats at the time s much, though as you say my HR does take a while to come back down.
Low dose beta blockers help, though had been trying to wean off. Docs had suggested I do ages ago. Seems now I was right staying on them as guard against the ectopics.
